I was seen quickly, listened to, and taken seriously. I was invited to talk about what treatment was most likely to work for me and was given shots that helped me feel way better. And finally, the medical assistants thought ahead about how the shots might affect me and helped me out with water/sugar/crackers when I did get a little dizzy. I felt very protected. I felt better within hours and much, much better after a night of sleep. Very happy to have a reliable place to go if I need urgent help again.
I had an amazing experience at this urgent care! I went in for shoulder pain, and the staff took such great care of me from start to finish. They were kind, professional, and efficient. They quickly took an X-ray of my shoulder and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The medical team explained everything clearly and treated me with such care and compassion. I truly appreciate their dedication and expertise. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of a quality medical service!
I had a bad experience here. My son got injured at a trampoline park came here as he was in a lot of pain. There was no one in the waiting the room took us over 30 min to be called back and the receptionist obviously asked me for id n insurance card I didn’t have my his insurance card but I had mine n asked if she could get on the insurance portal to get his id number n she looked like she was annoyed bc she had to do extra work. Went there because unfotunately it was the only urgent care open past 8. Got there at 8:20 and they close at 9. Entered and immediately felt like they didn't want to attend to me and I told them I had leg and pelvic pain. Immediately upon hearing I had leg pain, the lady at the front desk tells me she needs to talk to the doctor first...over leg pain???? Even though I took appointment, I waited for over an hour for a 3 min follow up check-up, also that was on request by the doctor to follow up. I checked thrice with them if I have any copy or coinsurance and they confirmed thrice that no cost is involved. And I got the bill sent to me in a couple of days. The doctor was in a hurry, as if late for catching a train. But the medicines given by the doc worked and I’m feeling better. But would be good to know what exactly is going on with me, with patience and calm.
