Always excellent service!! Dr. Cole really tries to get to know her patients and their needs to individualize your care. She is very honest and knowledgeable, this is what I love most about her. She told me things that I needed to hear to get me back on track with caring for myself and not what I just wanted to hear but needed!!!
Dr. Cole and staff know the art of bed side manners. Dr. Cole actually listens to you and gives great details to helping me understand being anemic for years. For the first time I’ve gotten the best treatment plan. I refer all my massage clients and family needing her services.
Dr. Ayer’s cares deeply about her patients with SCD, She’s deeply rooted and passionate I saw how she fought through a tough time with my son at TGH, A Medical Specialist like Dr. Ayer’s is much needed in The areas of SCD I believe it will make a big difference to the lives of those struggling and living with this blood disorder, my son lost his job after being hospitalized for so long and lost his health insurance he’s doing his best to see her again and it’s important to stay with a doctor who cares. I am Grateful!
Dr. Cole is very informative and precise when it comes to care for sickle cell patients. Her staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Dominique is amazing & Dr. Cole’s nurse practitioner Krista is amazing as well. You can tell this practice genuinely cares about their patients.
The care provided was detailed in the approach to my specific needs and presented pertinent information in a very concise manner. The office was polite and respectful as this was my first impression.
