You folks have always been more than amazing. I have the pleasure of working with our Churches Care Team and without giving information that would betray the trust of the people we have worked with together- I will just say your office has always been 5 star life savers time after time. It gives me such piece of mind to know I can always count on Joe Martino Counseling / Creative Solutions Counseling when I have folks that are in need of top notch Christian Counseling Services.
Overall these are the best group set of counselors I've been to since searching after mine passed away years ago. There were some initial kinks in coordination and communication in their scheduling in regards to patient stress/vulnerability. I gather they are all stretched very thin with mental health demands on the rise. Once dust settled it was well worth it, because the practitioners actually listen and are highly skilled
Well for one extremely disappointing. We started with one couselor, then they just vanished. So all that bond, trust lost. Started with a second, and they also basically quit slowly. How is a teen suppose to build trust with someone if its never the same person. My wife and I on the other hand may need couseling after dealing with their billing department. Its lies after lies. Joe really was a great guy and helped us so much! His sense of humor is awesome! He works to make sure both people understand before moving on and is willing to reexplain things different ways until you understand. He is fair when it comes to the couple. Doesnt choose one person over the other, which is what most people are worried about.
