The front desk was very pleasant. Dr. Pirzada was very thorough in asking questions and trying to help all around. He was also working with my request and also what was best for me.
This office is more concerned about taking the money from their patients than helping provide them with the proper care. My daughter couldn’t make an appointment due to testing in school. I called to let them know in the proper time frame but their office was closed. The next day I explained to them I tried to reschedule and because they were booked and couldn’t reschedule the appointment they proceeded to charge me $125 for missed appointment. Office management is terrible!
Warm, professional and great 1st time appointment with Jodi! She listened to me and understood what I needed. The staff was friendly and efficient as well! Truly a very helpful and positive experience for me!
