Excellent office! Dr Pirzada truly cares about his patients and so does management which is very rare in the medical field. The manager Tiffany V has went above and beyond to fight with my insurance company that refused to approve my treatment. She had put in over 24 hours in just my case. I highly recommend this office! Extremely hard to find a psychiatrist that actually cares about their patients. This one does!
Great place the atmosphere is nice and calm. The staff are friendly and helpful and the wait times are acceptable. I would highly recommend those who require the services to consider going here. Overall the staff go above and beyond to help the patients with what they need. The aesthetic design of the place is also done well. Waiting times are also good too. AVOID THIS PRACTICE, LOOK ELSEWHERE! This practice has successfully handled everything in the worst way possible. First, the doctor was 10 minutes late to the appointment—this was fine. The appointment went smoothly and the doctor took their time with me, understanding what I was saying and asking clarifying questions. The lateness didn’t bother me because it likely meant the doctor was thorough with their patients. This felt promising. They sent in the wrong prescription. One of the best psychiatrist I have ever visited! He listens, really cares, and is sincere! His treatment plans are well thought out and have changed my life! The office is super clean, and the staff is super friendly and always willing to help! If I could give it 10 stars I would! I hit a home run with Lotus Psychiatry! Thank you for everything 🙏
