Wow What an amazing place with the most wonderful people. I can live life mostly free from pain without being down and out on meds that I used to take from other places . Jessica Bustos is the Nurse Practitioner, at Solas Health, who is managing my pain issues. I have had "Long Term" systemic body pain, similar to severe Flu-like symptoms, for 26 years following a Shingles Attack which centered on the left side of my head and into my left eye. Been a patient for 2 years & never had a bad experience with anyone. Jessica is awesome & has really helped me. Anyone I've ever spoken with over phone has always been polite & helpful. Highly recommend if you're in need of treatment, Best part you can be seen via video.
Silas health and Jessica were a god send for me. My doctors office closed it's doors and I was left without a doctor. I was able to get set up and get my meds back going without any disruption. The tele doc option for me is amazing. Jessica really seems to care about her patients and their well-being.
I had some trouble with my insurance so they called me the day of my appointment to let me know if I wanted to come in I would have to pay out of pocket. I’m seriously considering a lawsuit. Kristie at the front desk simply did not care that she’d be putting me in withdrawal with zero notification like that.
