Without a doubt this is the most unorganized medical facility I have seen in my 67 years. I originally scheduled an appointment to receive treatment for a condition they advertised a solution for. Now after 4 visits I finally saw the doctor, he was not prepared, didn’t know what he was treating and or why. When I asked to discuss the situation, he became belligerent and told me if I wanted to talk, I needed to make another appointment. He said we are here for treatment. April 13,2022, I went for the PRP ( which is for the Stem Cell treatment) that cost $1450.00. so on that day I got my first treatment, I believe it was my first treatment. Two weeks later, I called to let them know that the treatment was not working for me. I still had the pain in my arm at the level that it was, which was a seven or eight. This place has done me a world of good ! Love the folks that work here ! Sharon knew my name by the 3rd visit, Monica too. Donna & Christine, NPs make you feel so comfortable! Their techniques are almost pain free. I really enjoy coming here ! My knees, back & hips were so painful, I had trouble walking in my house. After having gel injections in both knees & having my hips injected, I feel SO MUCH BETTER !!! Very little pain ! I’m praying the injections last a while. If not, I’ll certainly be back !
